WMO President donates a further 150 million rupees towards the flood victims
Pakistan has been hit by floods of epic proportions, the country faces a humanitarian crisis of epic proportions.
Mr. Salman Iqbal, President of the World Memon Organisation has donated a further 150 million rupees towards the flood victims.
The President & CEO ARY Digital had previously donated 30 million rupees.
The ARY network raised more than a quarter of a Billion rupees as it hosted a telethon, in collaboration with WMO for flood relief in Pakistan.
The scale of the catastrophe has been matched by the generosity of the people of Pakistan.
The generosity displayed by its people and people from across the globe towards the pertinent cause has achieved epic proportions!
