We applaud the generosity and invaluable support of Mr. Abdul Azeez in our quest to End World Hunger

Mr. Abdul Azeez, Vice President – WMO South India Chapter has always believed in giving back to society, he has spearheaded several noteworthy projects in the South and leads the WMO Food Bank Project with the pertinent aim of eradicating hunger in South India.

The chapter has been on the forefront of the WMO Food Bank project and has delivered 5000 meals to the vulnerable, irrespective of community, religion, caste or creed. The food distribution drives will continue on a regular basis in major cities, towns and even remote villages of the South till the target of 10,000 meals is achieved.

Mr. Azeez met up with Mr. Ashraf Sattar (Chairman of WMO Board of Trustees) on his recent visit to Chennai and assured him that more than 10,000 meals would be served by the end of November.
