WMO Africa Chapter had a Productive Brainstorming Session
Alhamdullilah, the WMO Africa Chapter had a productive brainstorming session on Saturday, 8th June 2024. Mr. Ahmed Gani warmly welcomed everyone and introduced Mr Yunus Suleman, who commenced his presentation after Mr Aslam Kalla graciously recited the opening du’a, setting a reverent tone for the event.
Mr. Yunus Suleman and Mr. Ahmed Gani presented a well-received talk on the benefits and history of WMO membership, sparking great interest among attendees.
Mr. Haroon Kalla and Dr. Haroon Gutta presented the proposed Legacy Project – “WMO Retirement Village” in Raslouw, on generously donated land by Awqaf SA. This project generated much enthusiasm.
The session fostered a spirit of collaboration. Great ideas were shared and proposed. Sub-committees were formed to oversee various aspects of the organization, with action points including setting up value-added benefits to attract new members.
The WMO Africa Chapter extends its sincere gratitude to the Glen Social Club for providing their venue. May Allah reward their generosity abundantly. Ameen!
