The WMO Food Bank project completes two months in the Middle-East

The WMO Food Bank project completes two months in the Middle-East with meal packs being delivered in the Sonapur Industrial Area of Dubai on a weekly basis.

The Sonapur Industrial Area is home to many poor migrant workers from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Africa. These brothers have travelled many a miles to provide a better life for their families back home.

Dubai witnessed inclement weather over the New Year weekend but the WMO Food Bank project continues unabated under the leadership of Mr. Ahmed Shaikhani come rain or shine.
