The slums of Ambojwadi are the last refuge for a sizeable Muslim population, living in abject poverty in the western suburb of Mumbai.

The Zeal Education and Welfare Trust runs a community kitchen and provides meals to the many children and families that reside in these squalid conditions.

Over the past two decades, the World Memon Organisation has collaborated with several organizations across the globe to create an effective global coalition to combat hunger in all corners of the World.
