Flood Relief Aid in the form of food grains, clothes and other essentials continue to be delivered to the Konkan region of India.

Cities, towns and villages along the Konkan coastal belt were lashed with heavy rains in July, leading to a deluge which inundated fields, streets and homes. The catastrophe has left behind a trail of human misery, where there is no food, shelter or livelihood. The World Memon Organisation faces the daunting task of rehabilitating hundreds of families.

Mr. Mudassar Patel, WMO City Chairman of Mumbai flags off another truck filled with relief aid to the Konkan. Food rations for 5000 families were transported on the 13th of August.

May Allah Swt reward our donors for helping their fellow human beings at their most vulnerable time.
