Any national umbrella organisation of the Memon community which is recognised under the relevant law of any country shall be eligible to become an Apex Member of the WMO by applying on the prescribed form to the MC. With reference to Article 24.1.1 below, there can only be 1 Apex Member per country, except that Pakistan and Northern India may have 2 Apex Members each, and Southern India, Northern Africa and Southern Africa may have 1 Apex Member each.
