WMO Middle East Chapter Extends Food Distribution Drive to Egypt and Jordan
In keeping with the bountiful spirit of giving during the Holy month of Ramadan, several WMO Chapters across the globe deliver hundreds of food packs to the underprivileged families that dwell in their corner of the World.
Each pack consists of several kilograms of essential food items such as rice, wheat, dal, sugar, salt, tea, spices along with dates and sweets. During the Month of Fasting we would like to ease the burden on our Muslim brothers and sisters hence we are doing our bit to bring food on their table.
The WMO Middle East Chapter has extended the food distribution drive to Ismailya in Egypt and Amman in Jordan.
As a wise man once said, “If you want to eliminate hunger, everybody has to be involved.” WMO dearly seeks your involvement for a very worthy cause.
