The WMO African Youth Wing teamed up with the Cape Town Memon Association for their annual picnic

The WMO African Youth Wing recently teamed up with the Cape Town Memon Association for their annual picnic at Greenpoint Park on Sunday, February 18th, 2024. It was a vibrant day celebrating our rich diversity, with a special focus on welcoming youths and students who are new to the mother city.

The air was filled with laughter and chatter as attendees reconnected with old friends and made new ones, all while enjoying the delicious flavors of traditional Memoni akni from various deghs. It was heartwarming to see families sharing food and youngsters bonding through sports.
