The warm camaraderie between members of WMO Middle-East Chapter and WMO Pakistan Chapter was on ample display at the dinner hosted by our stalwart and trustee Iqbal Dawood at a popular barbecue restaurant in downtown Dubai.
Several distinguished members of WMO Middle-East Chapter graced the occasion to honor visiting Regional General Secretary – Mr. Altaf Habib Jangda and Mr. Arsalan Nara – Regional Treasurer of WMO Pakistan Chapter.
The Middle-East Chapter has always been the strongest pillar of support for Pakistan. Sending humanitarian aid and building homes for the flood victims of the recent catastrophe, funding education for children and the many noteworthy food programs which are implemented across the year.
As the holy month of Ramadan is once again upon us, the visiting office bearers from Pakistan Chapter made a fervent appeal for Zakat, updated their Middle-East Chapter benefactors of the ongoing charitable projects, presented detailed reports and thanked them for their unflinching support.
The Middle-East Chapter assured their Pakistan counterparts of their continuous support and applauded the many humanitarian endeavours undertaken by them to uplift the people of Pakistan.
