The 14th Regional RMC Meeting of the WMO Pakistan Chapter for the year 2020-23 was held in Karachi.
The 14th Regional Management Committee (RMC) Meeting of the WMO Pakistan Chapter for the year 2020-23 was held on Saturday, May 13th, 2023, at the WMO House in Karachi. The meeting was presided over by Mr. HM Shahzad, the Regional President, along with Mr. Altaf Habbib Jangda, the Regional Secretary, and Mr. Arsalan Arif Nara, the Regional Treasurer.
The meeting was attended by esteemed members and international delegates, including M Shoaib Ismail Mangroria as Trustee, Mr. Rameez Qasim Gaziani as Patron, Mr. Hanif Motlani- APMF, Mr. Saleem Memon- UMJ as Apex Body members, Mr. Zahid Piprani, Mr. Musaab Vindhani, and Mr. Altaf Ahmed Vayani as Elected Members, and Mrs. Hamida Iqbal Bawany and Mrs. Bilquis Tabani as Ladies Chairperson.
The meeting commenced with a recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a special Dua for the Magfirat of President Salman Iqbal’s daughter. The minutes of the last RMC meeting were approved, and the names for the Regional Election Commissioner were finalized and sent to the Election Commissioner.
The committee chairmen presented their progress reports, and discussions were held on other matters for the betterment of WMO. The meeting concluded with a Dua.
