On the 10th of February, a devastating fire in the Mayfair suburb of Johannesburg left nine Muslim families destitute and displaced. They lost most of their meagre but prized possessions in the fire. Many were simply left with just a single pair of clothing on their backs.

Members of WMO Africa Chapter promptly responded by providing clothes, shoes and blankets to the victims of the tragedy. Alternate accommodations to temporarily house the families were also arranged to get them through these difficult times.

We pray the Almighty ease their suffering.
