Dear respected members of the WMO Middle East Chapter

On behalf of the Office Bearers & the entire assembly of visiting delegates, I wish to place on record our heartfelt gratitude for your outstanding arrangements towards the 21st WMO CF AGM

This AGM was a memorable one, thanks to the relentless efforts of the organizing committee, the invaluable contributions of our sponsors and the warm hospitality of our gracious hosts. They have left no stone unturned to ensure the comfort and recreation of all visiting delegates.

Everyone has left with cherished memories.

I am also grateful to all the visiting delegates for traveling from every corner of the globe to gather in Dubai. You honor us with your presence.

To our outgoing stalwarts and office bearers, we humbly seek your continued guidance and wisdom. To the newly inducted, young pool of talent, we expect your skills, energies and innovations, to propel WMO to even greater heights.

Lastly, I remain indebted for your overwhelming support and the unwavering confidence you have placed in my leadership. Your trust means the world to me, and I cannot thank you enough for giving me the opportunity to serve alongside you, as the WMO President for the second consecutive term.
