WMO AFRICA CHAPTER- Youth Wing

AL HUDAAR FOUNDATION EIDUL FITR GIFTING 2023

This project took place on 9 April 2023 and was headed by Yasmin Gani-Youth Wing Representative, who has been actively involved in WMO outreach programs for the past few years.

Yasmin was joined by members of the Youth Wing; Ahmed Ismail Akbar and Salma Gani, as well as Dr.Taheera Hassim and her better half Abdul Kader Baba.

24 children ranging from from 5-16 years old were gifted Eid clothing, shoes, yummy treats and gifts.

The older girls were given the opportunity to choose their outfits to show their individuality.

The children were overjoyed with their gifts and it concluded with a beautiful vote of thanks and appreciation to WMO AFRICA CHAPTER and it’s Donors.

WMO AFRICA CHAPTER has been assisting AL HUDAAR FOUNDATION for many years. The orphanage is situated in Lenasia founded in 1999 and also accommodates a Darul-Uloom for girls and boys, as well as offers free madressah classes for children and adults

We hope Al-Hudaar Foundation continues to grow and the children continue to flourish. AAMEEN
