A memorable event was organized by the WMO ladies wing Middle East Chapter on the occasion of Women’s day, at the Pakistan Association Dubai auditorium.
The better half of the honourable Consul General of Pakistan attended the event, along with global dignitaries, Patrons, Trustees and spouses of prominent members of the organisation. The central objective of the event was empowering, appreciating and encouraging the ladies of our Memon community.
Mrs. Shabana Abdul Razzak daughter of Abdul Razzak ARY and Chairperson WMO International Ladies Wing underlined the ethos of our organization “United we stand and thats how we work together”.
Life Achievement Awards were conferred on Inspirational figures of WMO Middle East Chapter who tiringly work towards the betterment of our community. The list includes Mrs Zubaida Abdul Razzak, Mrs Zubeda Majid Alimohmed, Saeeda Yakoob, Rashida Vahedna and Maimuna Darvesh. The WMO presentation presented by our Senior Advisor to Ladies Wing Middle East. Mrs. Zeenat Yaseen Merchant, highlighted the amazing work done by WMO and Ladies wing Middle East over the years.
Gifts sponsored by ARY were presented to the speakers and appreciation certificates were awarded to our Memon influencers and House of Hue Event Management Services LLC for the event flow and entertainment onboarding of Seen Band.
Team work is key and I applaud my WMO Ladies Wing Middle Chapter VP Sidrat Imran Farook and all the team members and committee heads for being available and on hands along with the volunteers who stood beside me to get the event go so smoothly. Thanks to our beautiful guests who attended and appreciated our efforts. Jazakallahu khairan to all our sponsors and Pakistani Association Dubai who collaborated with us.
This blissful evening ended with high tea and refreshments. Our favorite Seen band came to lighten up the atmosphere with Tajdare-Haram. They helped to engage people of all ages with their delightful performance.
May Allah swt bless our beloved organization , its founders and all the chapters who are diligently serving Humanity across the globe.
