A dinner reception was held on September 26, 2023, at the Absolute Barbecue in Dubai to honor Kamran Ghani, the incoming Regional President of the WMO Middle East Chapter.

The host of the event was Mr. Altaf Muhammad, who graciously welcomed the guests that had gathered to celebrate the appointment of Mr. Ghani as the new Regional President.
