Alhamdulillah, the World Memon Organisation Middle East Chapter successfully held its 24th Annual General Meeting at the Grand Hyatt Dubai on Sunday, 13th September!!

The event began with recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a warm welcome from Mr. Salman Iqbal, President of the World Memon Organisation. His inspirational speech on the impact WMO creates within the community was truly well spoken and resonated with all attendees.

Members came together to review the Annual Report, Audited Accounts, and inspiring performance updates from our Ladies Wing and Youth Wing — a true reflection of the community’s dedication and growth over the past year. Mr. Kamran Ghani, Regional President WMO Middle East Chapter, also delivered a keynote highlighting his 3-year performance report, which was widely appreciated by the members present.

A special highlight of the AGM was the announcement of the newly elected Regional Management Committee and Office Bearers for 2026–2029:
